Return & Refund Policy – Linaure Store

At Linaure Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges and refunds can be requested.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order (in accordance with UK consumer rights);

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Personal care items

  • Intimates or underwear

  • Customised or personalised products


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at linaure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 7 days after we approve the return request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer one of the following, depending on stock availability:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A full refund (including shipping costs)


4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued when:

  • Returned items are received and inspected;

  • They meet the return eligibility criteria.

Refund method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when:

  • The item was faulty, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • The same product in a different size, colour, or variation (when in stock).

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


6. Non-Received Orders

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided once the investigation confirms loss.
